The Vinci Spark 100 itself is a pretty compact box mod, and it’s incredibly lightweight thanks to its aluminium construction. All the edges are nicely rounded off making this comfortable to hold despite its slightly boxy appearance. Up front we have a nice clean control interface with your standard three button layout (power plus up & down) with a colour screen nestled in the middle along with a power lock switch and a USB-C charge port. All the buttons have a satisfying click with zero button rattle, and that lock switch allows you to quickly lock all the buttons for safe transport in pockets, sadly the behaviour of the lock switch can’t be altered and the option to use this as an on/off switch would have been a great addition.

The colour screen is nice and vibrant with two themes available which have an animation cycle displayed when you hit the power button, the animations can be turned off in the easy to use menu system though. As for the available modes, we have “smart”, “RBA”, and “eco” modes which are all basic wattage modes, the most useful here are the “smart” mode which will limit the power output based on the coil in use and “RBA” which grants you access to the full 100 watts on tap. Needless to say, you’ll struggle to get 100 watts out of a single 18650 battery, so in reality expect to be using this below 80 watts (and probably more like 50 to 60 watts if you want your battery to last more than 5 minutes!)
